The Snug is an attractive cosy hub perfect for snuggling up with a book or taking advantage of the amply-sized Bang & Olufsen television, with both Apple TV and Sky available.
The generous Dining Room has seating for 6-8 around the table and offers garden views and a working open fire, while the fully equipped kitchen features everything you’ll need.
Outside Space
When you step outside you feel as if you are in the middle of the New Forest. With the local donkeys and wildlife wandering past.

Wet Room
The chic Wet Room is the height of luxury, featuring a rainfall shower with warmed white fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers provided.
Bedrooms
Climb the stairs to find three peaceful bedrooms, with muted colours and traditional painted floorboards throughout. All rooms have traditional iron beds with crisp white linen sheets guaranteed to give you that sleeping-on-a-cloud feeling after a busy day exploring the forest. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and third a generous double, which features a beautiful roll top bath sat by the window for relaxing while you wildlife watch with a glass of champagne.

Set in the heart of Hampshire in the South of England, Lymington is a colourful coastal town residing on the western bank of the Lymington River, a port town perfectly placed for exploring the Solent and the wider New Forest.
While The New Forest only became a national park in 2005, its heritage is deeply rooted in English history, having once been a royal hunting ground for William the Conquerer. Covering a vast 566 square kilometres it includes one of the largest remaining tracts of unenclosed pastureland and open heathland, a visit to which is a must during your stay.
Local Activities
Lymington is a pretty Georgian market town steeped in seafaring history and is the perfect place for a peaceful family holiday. With its cobbled streets and old town quay, you can enjoy a light lunch at one of the lovely cafes or tearooms, or while away your time watching the local fishing boats sway on the Solent.
Lymington boasts three marinas and an open-air sea water pool for swimming. Sailing boats can be hired locally for those wanting to strike out on their own adventures. Cruise across to the Isle of Wight with its spectacular sights and coloured sands.
Those looking for a rural adventures can explore the extensive network of walks in the New Forest National Park, with plenty of dog-friendly options available. Cycle through the breath taking scenery, arrange a hack on horseback, observe native ponies grazing, or learn birdwatching basics. Little ones will enjoy a family day out at Beaulieu, set in the heart of the New Forest and home to over 250 classic cars including the original Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Del Boy’s three-wheeler.
Adrenaline junkies and water babies will love the local coastline. Whether a fan of mountain biking, sailing, paddle boarding or kayaking there is plenty to do, with pebble beaches, sandy bays and pretty cycle routes leading right from the doorstep.
Practicalities
There is ample parking for three cars in the drive way. The Kitchen features an oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and fridge, while you’ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer with a large fridge freezer in our easily accessible outbuilding.
